Lab Access Procedure
In order to use IITBNF lab facilites, the following access procedure
must be followed by all students (IITB & external) and staff.

[External faculty & professionals: Access will be project-based under INUP program]

STEPONLINE TEST
03Contact Kuldeep or Priyanka Bhole to schedule the test.
Online Test Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 11 am to 12 noon
Retest till all answers are correct.

STEPLAB ACCESS FORM
04Collect from Kuldeep/ Priyanka Bhole. To be used in the remaining step of this procedure.
  Get form signed by Kuldeep/ Priyanka Bhole on successful completion of online test.

STEPLAB TOURS
052 sessions required: (a) Lab overview & contamination rules
(b) Chemistry room rules
Lab tour schedule: Wednesdays, 2:30pm. Report to Kuldeep/ Priyanka Bhole at 2:15pm at MicroE Office. Get form signed by tour instructors on completion.

STEPDEMO OF ONLINE MODULES
06View demo. Get form signed by instructors on completion.
  Modules demo schedule: Wednesday - 4pm to 5pm

STEPSUBMIT FORM
07To Kuldeep after ensuring all details are filled and all
signatures completed. Register on the online slot booking
module.

STEPBIOMETRIC ACCESS
08 Submit biometric lab access request online via the slot booking module. Note that access is subject to clearance from respective faculty-in-charge of the labs.

  Biometric access schedule: Monday to Frinday - 11 am to 12 noon.
Report to kuldeep.
